 NBHA - DISTRICT VA03 This district is comprised of the Tidewater area both Southside and Peninsula as well as the Northern Neck, Gloucester, Williamsburg and the Suffolk area. Carol Jesse - District Director
SPRING 2005 UPDATE Well gang we made it through the winter. The days are getting longer the sun brighter, and the temps hopefully warmer. It is time to get out of the house and leg our best friends up for the long show season. The awards should be here mid April and I will give them out at the Western Riders Show in April. Since we really do not have any shows in our district, most of our shows will be at the closest arenas. At present I have sanctioned 6 shows and we will probably end up with around 10 total.
